Q.C MANAGEMENT
IQC
- Incoming Quality Control: MIL-STD-105E CLASS II; CR=0；MA=1.5；MI=2.5 (Depend on components). All raw materials include the chips, drivers and another accessories are need to check before enter the warehouse.
FQC
- Final Quality Control: QC at the end of production line to check 100% of finished product, to make sure that all finished products are good quality.
LQC
- Line Quality Control: QC focus on key positions to make sure that the key components and operation are correct.
FQC
- Final Quality Control: QC at the end of production line to check 100% of finished product, to make sure that all finished products are good quality.
OQC
- Outgoing Quality Control: MIL-STD-105E CLASS II AQL: CR=0；MA=1.5；MI=4.0 QC will do the final confirm and check before outgoing.
QA
- Quality Assurance: MSUNROA will be responsible for fixing problems occurred during the warranty period, should it is caused by products quality itself.
MANUFACTURE PROCESS
1.Design
We launch new products every month, keeping you are always ahead of your competitors in your market.
2. Die-casting
We have 4 lines of die-casting machines letting us making a complete lamp in one house.
3.CNC
We also have CNC machines making some of the pure aluminum and modification.
4.Stamping & Drilling
Driling a hole or screwing also flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface form the material into a net shape.
5.Polishing
Creating a smooth and shiny surface by rubbing or using a chemical action, leaving a surface with a significant specular reflection and ready for powder coating or electroplating.
6.Raw material inspection
Our raw material inspections are a vital step in production process. Helping to ensure our products meeting your specification and giving you insight into the nature of your raw material.
7.Electroplating
We offer copper plating, silver plating, chrome plating ect or custom finish on your projects’ request.
8.Powder coating
There white, grey and black powder waiting your choosing with international standard RAL 9016,RAL 9006 and RAL 9005.
9.Assembling
More than 50 rich experienced assembling workers assure your products high quality and prompt lead.
10.Aging
Every lamps will be tumed on at least 8 hours for aging.
11.Q.C
Our QC department workers will check your products one by one before shipment to you.
12.Delivery
Well packed cargo will be shipped to you within our promised date.
ODM & OEM SERVICE
MSUNROA offers a wide range of products supplies, but sometimes you cannot find a product that meet your potential request in our current range. In that case, we will cooperate with a customer to have a new product in the basis of customer’s request as ODM/OEM. We support our customers, all the way from design to certification and manufacturing.
